Society Leadership in Ahmedabad
Mr. Jay Acharya has been a resident of Ahmedabad since 2006, when he purchased his first home in a cooperative housing society. Deeply attached to his new home, he began contributing actively to society activities.
In 2010, when the builder handed over management to residents, Mr. Acharya was unanimously chosen as the first official Chairman of the society. His leadership laid the foundation for transparent administration, community discipline, and long-term development.
One of his most notable contributions was leading the construction of a Lord Shiva Temple within the society, funded by donations and builder support. This temple continues to stand as a symbol of faith and unity.
Even after completing his official term, every subsequent committee requested Mr. Acharya to remain involved in decision-making, reflecting the respect and trust he earned through his work.
Samaj & Cultural Contributions
Belonging to the Dadhich Brahman Samaj of Ahmedabad, Jay Acharya has carried forward the legacy of his late father, a respected Ayurvedic physician and former Samaj President. Following in his father’s footsteps, Mr. Acharya also served as President of the Dadhich Brahman Samaj.
Under his guidance, the Samaj witnessed:
- Organization of cultural events, religious gatherings, and social programs that brought members together.
- Active mentoring of youth in education, Ayurveda, and entrepreneurship.
- Preservation of traditions while embracing modern approaches for community development.
Today, he continues to hold a respected post in the Samaj and remains a trusted guide and leader.

Apart from society and Samaj responsibilities, Mr. Acharya is also known as a skilled anchor and public speaker. He has conducted numerous cultural programs, religious ceremonies, and community events as a Master of Ceremony.
He also shares his expertise in:
