I am Jay Acharya, entrepreneur, trainer, and lifelong learner. With over three decades of experience in Ayurveda, pharmaceuticals, business leadership, and community service, I have built a life around growth, values, and innovation. From leading my society to founding companies like Ayucare Pharmaceuticals and Tie Overseas, I continue to share my knowledge as a guide and mentor in business, digital marketing, and personal development.

Community service has always been close to my heart. As the first official chairman of my housing society, I laid the foundation for growth, unity, and spirituality, including the construction of a Lord Shiva temple. I have also proudly served as president of the Dadhich Brahman Samaj, continuing my family’s legacy of leadership and social contribution.
My Business Journey
From starting Ayucare Pharmaceuticals in 1989 to expanding into exports, manufacturing, and digital ventures, I have always embraced opportunities to innovate. Today, I guide entrepreneurs and students in Ayurveda, business strategy, export-import, and digital marketing.
